Mel Kinnaird, Founder & Director
Mel has more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, insurance, energy and government, including as a Chief People Officer. She has led the people side of major acquisitions and integrations, headed People & Culture functions, and held line roles in continuous improvement and learning, so she brings both the people and the operational lens to how organisations change.
She works alongside CEOs, founders and Boards who want someone to think with them and then help lead the work through. Increasingly, that includes what AI means for services, roles and capability. Mel sees organisations as systems, where people are one lever among several, and is at her best in complex, unresolved situations.
Her style is thoughtful and direct. She listens, asks hard questions and keeps the organisation’s purpose in view.
