Mel has held senior HR leadership roles at AGL, IAG, Tabcorp, and Westpac, and has partnered with organisations across a diverse range of industries, including State and Federal Government, Media, Financial Services, and Energy. Her experience spans corporate, consulting, and transformation roles, giving her a broad perspective on what makes businesses—and their people—thrive.

In her work Kim is always thinking about the people experience and is passionate about helping clients to support the wellbeing of their people, especially through periods of significant change. Kim has worked on large scale transformational projects and enjoys working as part of a cross functional team to deliver outcomes. Kim was born and raised in Sydney and now enjoys regional living in Geelong, Victoria, with her husband Luke and three children.
