What we do

Dott welldoing

We think wellbeing is a nice place to be, but the path to arrive there can be tricky.

Long working hours, blurred boundaries and the work-life juggle are putting the safety and wellbeing of people at risk. As a result, stress, anxiety and burnout are the single biggest issues preventing your workforce from reaching their full potential.

We want people to “do” well at work and in their lives. We focus on keeping people safe, connected, well and productive so they can thrive in their work and lives. The proof is the actions that people take.

How our program differs from others

Accessible: Our desktop & mobile booking platform: is powered by Wellness Living and features outlook calendar integration to easily diarise sessions, SMS reminders and sessions hosted via Zoom.

Flexible: We know people work flexibly and so our timetable offers a range of options for people to easily integrate into their working day, attending through the course of a day, early morning through to early evening with sessions as short as 15 minutes and never longer than 50 minutes.

Live and connected: Our sessions are hosted “live” to support personalised connection and engagement. We check in with people, provide them with the opportunity to ask questions and seek feedback or support.

Qualified experts: Sessions are facilitated by highly qualified instructors. This includes, Executive Coaches, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Exercise Physiologists and other specialist presenters in their field.

Inclusive: Hybrid programs create flexibility and help remove the obstacles that typically prevent people from participating in regular fitness routines e.g., working parents, caregivers, time poor people, people experiencing social anxiety or associated mental health challenges.

Engagement: The process of booking in, locking in a window of time in your diary, seeing a friend, forming connection with facilitators and at times participants, encourages a regular and consistent practice that a self-directed practice does not achieve.

      The impact of our programs

“The Wellbeing Program has encouraged me to exercise more, to do meditation, which in turn helps me to manage my stress levels better.”

“Access to fitness during my WFH days with no kids is invaluable. Stretch at desk is my absolute fav. Instructors are first class. It’s a totally manageable 15 minutes. and I feel so much better every time.”
